- Traveloko offers two main ways to get paid, as long as there are no delays (e.g. if our factoring company does not accept the paperwork):
- You can be paid daily with an additional fee; meaning if you deliver that load by midnight, then you will get the pay for that load the next day.
- You can be paid weekly, every Friday. All loads delivered from previous Monday to next Monday will be paid the following Friday.
- After every load is completed, and even during if possible, submit any and all of your paperwork to us using our in-house built mobile application. Take pictures of every page on the bill of lading and submit it.
- Each page requires that you write down the number of the load, which can be found on the application as well.
- Signed bill of ladings (BOL) with a signature from the receiver, and in some cases the shipper and driver, for each stop
- Any invoice related to the load
- Lumper or accessorial receipts
- Proof of delivery (POD)
- Any weight scale tickets required by the shipper/receiver
- Any digital copy of paperwork is not acceptable by factoring or shipper/broker will have to be mailed to our headquarters before payment may be released.
All paperwork must be clearly legible or there can be DELAYS. Please make sure that everything on the paperwork you submit is readable and legible. If you are having trouble making the paperwork legible, please submit a regular picture taken with your camera app to our support team.
- Missing paperwork related to the load

- Possible claim on load
- Originals were not received in a timely manner
- The best way to check if you are going to be receiving payments for any of your loads is to contact our accounting department.
- You can check the smartphone application for all your up to date settlements, notifications, and warnings that could lead to potential delays for payments.
